TANDAVYUDHKALA (SPORT) was founded at balrampur ,uttar pradesh. was established on 1st feb 2003 at Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh, India. INTRODUCTION OF

WORLD THIGHYOGAART(SPORT)

The meaning of thigh yoga art sport is Thigh “जांघ” yoga means “श” Arts means “कला” The power of Thigh “जांघ क श क कला” TYA sport was established in 2 sep, 2003 at Balrampur in U.P. There are ten Master belt is this Art.

  • (1) Yoga Master belt – With the help of yoga Master techniques we should learn Asan, pranayam, six filter activities, Mudra , Swaryog and world class Meditation it keep our body healthy and strong . Yoga creates brotherhood and fraternity in the world.
  • (2) Nerve Master belt – With the help of nerve Master techniques we should learn our nervous system and many types of massages in this art we find the scientific and medical knowledge about whole nervous system and identify some very weak points of human body etc
  • (3) Airing Master belt – With the help of airing Master techniques we learn many types of jumps falls, flips, somersault, cartwheel ,back flip and front flip techniques etc.
  • (4) Punching Master belt – With the help of punching Master techniques we attack and defense by hands only.In this belt we learn 20 punches and 20 blocks etc.
  • (5) Kicking Master belt – With the help of kicking Master techniques we learn more than 50 kicks and attack/defence using only legs.
  • (6) Fighting Master belt – With the help of fighting master techniques we learn attack and defense by legs and hands both. In this fighting belt we learn dropping, dogging blocking and attacking.
  • (7) Grappling Master belt – With the help of grappling master techniques we learn fifty most advanced wrestling techniques, falls, grappling, locking, moves etc. It is advanced and modern wrestling.
  • (8) Breaking Master belt – With the help of Breaking Master, techniques we learn many types of breaking techniques like brick, tiles, Rod, Board, Ice, Coconut, Metals by hand, leg, knee or head etc.
  • (9) Weapon Master belt – With the help of weapon Master techniques we learn many types of weapon including stick, Sword, javelin, Axe , Knife, Archery, urumi, gada etc all Indian weapon.
  • (10) Kata Master belt – With the help of Kata Master techniques we learn all above said master belt techniques in Non-stop and flow motion. Kata Master technique is a dance of Martial Art and Lord Shiva is the founder of Martial Art.
